Characteristics

reality is unique to everyone, as it is based on personal experiences and
interpretations of events and surroundings.

psychological states play a crucial role in shaping subjective reality. For
instance, a person's mood can affect how they perceive a situation or
environment.

context, which can shape beliefs and values, further diversifying individual
perceptions.
Contrast
with Objective Reality
Objective reality refers to the
physical world that exists independently of individual thoughts and
perceptions. It is based on observable facts and evidence that can be verified
by multiple individuals. In contrast, subjective reality is inherently personal
and can vary widely among different people.
Philosophers have long debated the
nature of reality, with subjective reality often discussed in relation to
concepts like consciousness, perception, and existence. Thinkers such as
Descartes and Kant have explored how subjective experiences shape our
understanding of reality, while existentialists like Sartre emphasize the
importance of individual perception in defining one's existence.
